Revised Chapter Bylaws format
Executive board approved

The Constitution and Bylaws Committee reviewed Policy and Procedure 3011B and incorporated changes mandated by the membership vote on Constitution and Bylaws amendments in 2017.  The modified P&P 3011B specifically allows chapters to determine if they want to open their membership to all FMCA members (i.e. towables) or restrict membership to specific groups such as motors homes only, motor home manufacturer, area, interests, etc.  Where appropriate, suggested responses are written under the blanks in the format to assist the chapters.  P&P 3011B is a fill in the blanks document to assist the chapters in drafting bylaws that meet all minimum requirements. When used in conjunction with P&P 3011A, Minimum Requirements for Chapter By laws, it furnished all required information, by leaves the opportunity for chapters to include chapter specific requirements.

Both documents can be found on the FMCA web site under Governance.
